The best sommelier of Spain in 2008, Bruno Murciano, began to dream, dreamed that he would make great Bobal wines. This dream has been possible from a vineyard of centennial strains with three different types of soil. The Bobal of this wine, is planted in the estate Las Brunas a vineyard considered Grand Cru by the locals of Caudete de las Fuentes (Valencia), on a calcareous soil, to 900 meters on the level of the sea, contributing to this wine its main Characteristics an excellent acidity and a very Mediterranean perfume.

Harvested manually in boxes of 10 to 15 kilograms when the scrapes are ripe, as it will not be destemmed afterwards.
The boxes with the grapes are introduced in a truck to cool them to 4º C in the own vineyard. Then they step in barrels of 4 or 5 years and 500 liters which is only used as a vessel for this step in the vineyard. Then he takes it to the cellar and sinks his hat every morning.
Crianza of 18 months in barrel and 2 years in bottle before going to market.

Intense cherry color. Very high layer. Nose with very high aromatic intensity. Very fragrant, aromas of thyme, rosemary and mainly concentrated pillory. In the mouth it is very tasty and intense.
