This vineyard is registered in organic farming and is located in Valtomelloso, on a long slope of gentle slope of Monte Yerga. About 550 meters above sea level. Climate that stands out for extreme differences between winter and summer.
The harvest is done during the second half of October. Partial destemming, crushing and pressing. The must ferments with fine lees in low temperature ovals of wood. Premaceration of 8 hours. Spontaneous malolactic.
Aged 10 months in oval oaks.Clarified and stabilized by cold. Filtered for tartaric stabilization.
Pale golden yellow with greenish trim. Nose of pleasant aromas of white flowers of magnolia, jasmine and daffodils, accompanying the fleshy pineapple fruit, ripe pear and melon.
In the mouth it is fresh, long and enveloping. Fatty and broad, with a good weight of fruit and an acidity that makes it balanced. Optimum consumption up to 2021.
