Terra de Cuques, a very gastronomic wine.

Interesting white D.O. Priorat, based on the variety Pedro Ximénez on argillaceous soils and a small percentage of Moscatel of Alexandria on slatey soils. The careful elaboration is what gives this wine that marked personality. Its subsequent aging on lees in cement deposits make it a very gastronomic wine.

The Pedro Ximénez vineyards are located in El Molar and the Moscatel vineyards are located in Porrera. Yield 3000 kg / ha.
The PX is pressed in an old vertical press with a traditional treading for an hour of the grapes without despalillar and later a direct pressing. The Moscatel is vinified as a red wine, using the traditional Burgundian method. Aging for 12 months in cement tanks of 2500 liters that maintains the originality of the fruit in each variety.
Golden Colour. Mineral nose and yellow fruit, oxidative memories, floral notes of the Muscat that soften the whole, spices. Mineral mouth, Mediterranean, balanced with good acidity. Consumption now and until 2019 in optimal conservation conditions.

Terroir al Limit, a purist project that seeks to recover a style of wines prior to the Priorat revolution, with a philosophy that rescues the purest expression of Garnacha and Cariñena. Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie crossed paths in 2000 thanks to the Mas Martinet winery and the following year the destination reunited them after spending six weeks harvesting the grapes of the Perez family in Cims de Porrera.
These two specific events forge a friendship that leads them to work together for two months in South Africa and later to start a personal project in Priorat. With the help of the Perez family, which allows them to buy some of their grapes and elaborate in a small corner of their cellar, they made their first wine, Dits del Terra 2001.
Its objective is sustainable viticulture, with the creation of soils full of life, turning them into sponges capable of retaining the little water they receive. This water and life in the soil are the authentic cause of the vineyard that make them recognize in their wines, light and fluid wines, tension and vitality together for the terroir.
