The grapes were destemmed and macerated in contact with the skins for 18 days. Aging in new French oak barrels for 13 months. Unfiltered and unfiltered bottling.

Detrás de La Casa Garnacha tintorera is part of the Happy Grapes project in which different producers of several designations of origin from Spain participate, in collaboration with the distributor Vila Viniteca. This wine is made in Yecla (Murcia) by Castaño wineries. It is a wine whose production does not reach a thousand bottles. With a slight spicy touch, it will accompany perfectly with your favorite roasts.

Very bright garnet color. The nose is intense and complex, with a spicy and spicy touch, memories of black pepper under a background of black fruit (cassis) and wild red (currant). Notes of Mediterranean herbs (rosemary) and cinnamon.
The mouth is a wine with good structure, concentrated tannin, earthy and at the same time round. It is bulky and with a certain feeling of weight that stretches to an aromatic end that remembers to the black fruit and a smoked touch.
Decanting is recommended.
Pairing, Ideal with rices of meat, stews of meat, baked lamb and payoyo or Casar cheese.
