Red wine 100% Tempranillo. Grapes from the plots of Gallomate, San Martín and La Rad. The vineyards are between 25 and 80 years old and sit on limestone soil.
Manual harvesting in boxes of less than 12kg. It performs the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Aging in October, it is carried oak barrel (65%) and American oak (35%), where it remains 12 months of aging.

After several years of research, work and search for excellent terroirs, it was finally decided that the environment of San Vicente de la Sonsierra was the best for the implementation of this project, which bears the name of Carlos Moro, one of the Most respected winemakers in Spain, as well as founder and president of the Matarromera Group.
