The grape that is used for this wine comes from vineyards between 50 and 90 years of age distributed in four farms by three towns that are to the West of Madrid. We refer to Cadalso of Glasses, Cinderellas and Rozas de Puerto Real.

The agriculture that is carried out is biodynamic and completely respects the environment. The vineyards grow on granite soil at an altitude of around 1000 meters. The climate of the area is hard and this makes ripening balanced and the wines obtained are fresh and elegant.

The grapes were destemmed and then macerated in the cold. The must fermented at controlled temperature and was grown in 400 and 700 L French oak barrels for 10 months.
Decanting is recommended one hour before consumption. Perfect to pair with grilled red meats, baked pork, duck confit or pasta with meat.

Cherry red, dark purple trim. It has a low layer and shows a thick slightly tinted tear. In the nose presents fruits of the forest that mix with much pepper. Subsequently appear cinnamon notes, balsamic touches and aromatic herbs. The mouth is very tasty, the fruits of the forest predominate. The tannins are noticed but these are soft. At the end are spicy notes. It is fresh and persevering.

A delicate, fine and very soft Garnacha; But not without lack of complexity. A good example of Garnacha de Madrid, with an almost imperceptible tannin and a touch of wood that gives structure without leaving a mark. Elegant and stretched, a good shot of the Hombre Bala. ”
Those responsible are Fernando Garcia, Daniel G. Jiménez-Landi and Marc Isart, oenologists and winemakers, and of course here also appears the name of Quim Vila.
