We are faced with the most eco-friendly wine from Bodegas Castaño, made with 100% Monastrell grapes obtained through agricultural practices respectful of the environment. Nevertheless, it has the official seal of the Council of Ecological Agriculture of the Region of Murcia. This wine, which does not pass through the barrel, offers a slightly spiced and composed nose, with a smooth and quite silky mouth, easy drink. Great to enjoy it from the moment of purchase.
Vineyards located at 750 meters of altitude with north-south orientation. Type of short pruning, with vessel conduction. Density of planting of 1600 strains per hectare. Average of 23 years.
Fermentation and maceration for 10 days at a constant temperature of 28ºC. Malolactic in stainless steel. This wine does not have barrel aging.
The wine has no stabilization but filtration. Subsequent to this process, it is bottled.
Deep cherry red with purple highlights. Spicy nougat with touches of red fruit of bone (plum) and a light candied touch. In the mouth it is structured but at the same time soft, silky and fruity.

Bodegas Castaño is one of the referents in the wine sector of the southeast Spanish for its trajectory and achievements obtained with the varieties of the zone.
