Yecla Red wine (Monastrell de viñas viejas 50%,Syrah 25% y Petit Verdot 25%) from vineyards of Monastrell of old strains of more than 60 years of low yields in rigorous rainfed. Vineyards of Syrah and Petit Verdot 15 years old.
Harvest manual, in boxes of 20 kilos, vinification in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC temperature. Maceration during21 days. Agging, malolactic and subsequent aging in new French and American oak barrels for a minimum period of 14 months.
Very intense cherry cherry color with elegant nose ripe fruit on a base of smoked and spices. Soft and velvety mouth pass.

WINERY ON currently works on an extension of 20 hectares distributed in different vineyards in the heart of the Mediterranean. Between 300 and 600 m of altitude. The vineyards are planted with high quality wine varieties, mainly Monastrell (native variety), Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Verdejo.
Following the maxim that the success of the winery is in the care of the vine and the grape, the soils are worked and it is treated vine without aggressive chemicals seeking balanced and sustainable production in the vineyards.
