Viuda Negra Nunca Jamás, a wine that does not want to grow.

Red wine from La Rioja, Tempranillo 100% Made in 225 liters barrels of French oak for 14 days at low temperatures, with 4-5 bazuqueos per day.Aged in different French oak barrels looking for aromatic complexity until the end of the malolactic fermentation.

The philosophy of Viuda Negra Nunca Jamás is that of a wine that does not want to grow, looking for the complexity in the fruit.

Wine of high layer, with violet irisations pulling blue. Nose very powerful where we are able to see the essence of the Rioja Alavesa wine, especially a lot of red fruit and licorice. Breeding in barica appears only as a potentiator of these nuances. In the mouth it is powerful, young and fresh and very fruity.

Perfect pairing with soups and preparations of vegetables, poultry, grilled meats and stews.Optimum consumption temperature: 16- 18ºC.
