Red wine 95% Monastrell and 5% Garnacha from the D.O Yecla. The grapes come from vineyards of over 40 years of cultivation on vessel. Harvest done by hand .
The wine has a preparation phase, maceration of 15 days, after fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 14 months.
Color cherry opaque, the nose has very subtle aromas, with hints of fig bread and toasted notes of wood . The palate is intense and round, with a long, delicious finish .
La Purisima is one of the most renowned wineries of the Region of Murcia, and the most important of the D.O. Yecla , a name that got the same hold to the municipality of Yecla in 1973 as a result of his efforts and his interest in recognizing the quality of their vineyards and their wines. Since 1946 , the year it was founded , it has been selecting the best grapes of the most renowned vineyards in the D.O. Yecla to produce wines that have made him famous and have earned numerous awards and accolades both nationally and internationally.
The wine company is formed by a young and dynamic team with an average age of around 30 years , led by Maria Teresa Ruiz González.
