View, straw , clean, elegant yellow. Nose: with notes of fruit, pineapple and apricot and flowers. The notes perceived on the nose have little to do with the taste that we perceive . Taste: balance between sweet and acid with saline notes , very fresh and fruity wine , pleasant , with lots of personality , balanced finish salty sea , ideal to accompany all kinds of seafood , definitely a different wine and leaves no trace.

Marcos Lojo knew exactly what the vineyards with the best Albariño and consistent were , selected the best of the best to make your wine. It has no winery is rented , because ” the important thing in this project is the raw material , cork and development “.

Chan de rosas is the name of the personal project of the winemaker Marcos Lojo. Chan  is a Galician word that could be translated as soil , plain, is the name of a place . A very nice ride on the Arousa estuary that inspired so Marcos Lojo who registered the name before knowing that in the future would develop their own wine.

Marcos Lojo is a Technical Engineer in Food Industry by the University of Santiago de Compostela and Winemaker. He began his career in 1995 working as aWinemaker and Technical Director in some of the most emblematic wineries of the DO Rias Baixas , and Vinhos Verdes in Portugal , always making white wines of the Albariño variety.

Today he can be considered one of the oldest and most knowledgeable winemaker of the area and of the Albariño grape variety.
