The vineyard of Callejo is in the north of the Ribera del Duero, in the highest part of the valley , between 850-930 meters above the sea level. We are in a privileged enclave in Ribera del Duero. The high altitude is responsible for large temperature contrasts between day and night , with differences of more than 15 ° C , favoring a better grape maturity , keeping in cold nights acidity.
