Clot d’encis is an intense violet red wine color, marked fruitiness on the nose and palate with a nice tannin and long aftertaste. In this wine Garnacha ink it takes center stage , as it is the main base of the blend , plus he is accompanied by Cariñena and Syrah.
The harvest is done manually once each variety has reached the desired optimum maturity. All varieties are vinified separately . I was stripping and grapes is pressed and fermentation at a controlled temperature between 24 and 28 ° C is performed for about 10 days. Once malolactic fermentation finished the blend is made and before being bottled is stabilized with minimum negative impact on the wine.
